Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials for English language courses.
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ age groups and individual needs.
- Provide personalized learning approaches to support each student’s progress.
- Maintain communication with parents, sharing updates on student performance.
- Integrate modern multimedia tools and technologies into teaching practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience teaching English to young learners (kindergarten/primary school).
- Familiarity with international programs (e.g., IB, Montessori) is a plus.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2 level or native).
- Degree in Education or a teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a growth mindset.
