Responsibilities: •
Growing Company's market share in energy upstream business and oilfield services areas; •
Driving sales based on industry specific and foundation offerings; •
Continuously assessing market and industry needs; •
Working across the Company to bring the best forward in sales and delivery; •
Bringing deep subject matter expertise across several of Company's Upstream offerings; •
Representing Company at industry events.
Requirements: •
University Degree; •
7+ years of energy upstream business and oilfield services industry experience; knowledge of the upstream market and industry, as well as major trends applied for the Russian conditions; •
Preferably long (>3 years) lasting relationships with Executives / Senior Executives of top market players; •
Deep experience in one and understanding of the rest of the following areas: exploration and production operations, business process workflows, capital build programs and corporate service, supply chain management, operations, planning, business performance management, ERP implementation; •
3+ years of experience leading and participating in sales campaigns, sales/orals presentations; •
Proven experience in achieving business goals and developing people through the management of self, others and teams; •
Good command of English.
