Responsibilities:
- To prepare and analyze sales statistics reports, spreadsheets, forecasts etc.
- To prepare all the necessary sales information and to make up the listed below documents for the Sales Department: business correspondence in Russian and English, contracts, spreadsheets, customer database, slide presentation charts, other material when requested
- To provide full administration support to the Sales Director
- Communication with clients
- A contact person between Logistics, Trade marketing, Accounts departments
Requirements:
- Higher education
- MS Excel – advanced user
- Strong analytical skills
- Careful attention to details
- Good level of English language
