Our client, a top investment-industrial company is currently looking for M&A Lawyers
(senior and junior vacancies).
Requirements:
- University Degree in Law, preferably MGIMO, MGU, MGUA, SpbSU.
- Proven professional experience in Corporate/M&A law:
- for senior lawyer: 3-7 years experience in general corporate work, M&A transaction support and due diligence
- for junior lawyer: 1 plus years experience in general corporate work
- Fluent English is required, knowledge of legal terminology is necessary.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, team working ability, high self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
